hope this is the right forum.

I shot 24p (A), 1/60th - captured onto FCP at 24 fps, edited at 24 fps, and outputed to quicktime full resoultion. The image seems to almost look like its interlaced during fast movements. What are my options to fix this. Thanks

Any chance you can give us a screen grab of it then?

Also, are you watching the playback of the exported Quicktime movie on your computer monitor? Computer monitors are fine to cut with, but are not meant for quality control. You could load the movie file back into FCP and then play it back in there while going video out to a monitor of some sorts (you can use a camera as a bridge if need be). Then you can get a better idea of whether or not there's something you need to be worried about.

cheers.

Okay, then how did you make your DVD exactly? When you said exported a Quicktime Movie, to me that means File > Export > Quicktime Movie. Did you use Compressor, Quicktime Conversion, or a third party application such as BitVice or Episode?

Something else you might want to read just for your own sake is Graeme Nattress' article 24p in FCP. You can probably whiz by the capture related stuff (as you've already done that), but perhaps there's something later on down the line that might be something small you missed (he does discuss going out to DVD). You can also consider getting Noah's DVD 24P Digital Post Production Workflow with Final Cut Pro and the DVX100. He goes through the 24p DVD process. Reference materials never hurt anyone, so just something to consider.
