Now that was a Pro Stunt! Risky as hell, but his support crew was huge. And I bet to set that stunt up it took at least a month's prep work on just the stunt alone. Walk-throughs, measuring, rehearsing........
He hit the outside target dead on, on his back. Another 10' out after falling that far......disasterous. Hit the bag wrong, also disasterous.

what do you suppose he makes for a stunt like that? Im guessing 100k. But I could be way way off.

You are in the ball park. I have heard any where from 50K to 150K. Just the fire job could net a stuntman 3-5K.
I remember this (probably made-for-tv) movie from the 70s or early 80s...something about a crazed killer knocking off Hollywood stunt people by sabotaging equipment etc before performances...guy stuck in a burn-house, guy misses the air bag...
