i have a number of still photographs that i have laid down in FCP and have used a cross dissolve to combine them together.

I then exported the sequence (using quicktime movie, current settings) and put it in DVD STUDIO PRO to burn.

Now, when i watch it, there is a substantial "jerk" were the transitions occur, and i also have found that substantial "noise" (horizontal interlacing stuff) has been introduced into some of the stills that have alot of black space in them.

does anyone know what this is?

is it from FCP?
exporting?
or DVD Studio pro?

please please help me out brothers!

Did the clips need rendering?

Try creating a new 'sequence' and drag the clips into it, render that and see what happens...
