Joining two half-projects?

I've received two FCP project files from two different editors - one edited the first half of a film and the other edited the second half as part of an off-line collaborative project. The on-line editor has requested that he just receive one project file so, if I may ask, does anyone know how to combine two project files together leaving just the one big project?
