Jib recommendations or alternatives for Birds eye view?

Hey Guys,

I have a film shoot in the next couple of weeks and the majority of the shots will require a birds eye view, looking directly down at the ground. I have posted a picture below of the exact framing we will be trying to achieve for the highest shot.

My question is will a 10 foot Jib be able to achieve this type of shot with a wide lens? If not what size jib should we be looking at, or is there an alternative to a jib/crane that would be cheaper and easier to achieve? A quote from a gaff/grip company came in at close to a thousand for a 19' with jib technician for 5 hours.

The camera and lenses we will be using is as follows:
- Canon 5D Mark III
- Canon Lenses: 20mm, 50mm, 24-105mm and 70-200mm
- GoPro Hero3+ Black Edition (would putting this on a C-stand at 2k match in with 5D footage?)

I would like to maintain high quality whilst not breaking the bank, we have $1000 budgeted for achieving these birds eye shots.

As an example… A 20mm lens on a 5DmkIII from 8 ft away will give you a frame 14' 4.8" wide and 8' 1.1" tall.

Had to do this once, years ago, before all the current crop of jibs, etc. Just hired the smallest straight boom lift from the closest building equipment hire shop - towable, battery powered, 20 ft, price then wouldn't be relevant today but I'd guess you'd still get it for a week for $1000 - you need a lot of space to maneuver but might be an option.
