I just saw "The city of the lost children", Wow! Wow! Wow! Amazing movie, cinematography is just fantastic. All the charactere were just perfect. A big 10. If you haven't saw it, go rent this one, you won't regret it.

Hi TheMacB, I saw this one already, excellent one. City of the lost children was the only one I did not saw from Jeunet and it was one to see.

There's also "Amelie," "Alien Resurrection," and "A Very Long Engagement." Although I think it was either Jeunet (by himself) or Caro (by himself) who did those.

Well, 'by himself,' plus a whole big 'ol crew and a buncha actors...

Coltrain, what's the deal? Your pissed off film rants are starting to get a little stale. It's one thing not to like a film, but one line with no justification makes you come off like an ass. Perhaps that's your intention, but it's a lot more interesting to debate the merits of a film than to just say "it sickens me." My impression from some of your posts is that you're just trying to get a rise out of people.

Nope, some films just make me so mad that I would rather just say what is on my mind than give some crappy analysis.

Forgive me.

Delicatessen, City of Lost Children, Amelie, and A Very Long Engagement - these should be required viewing for filmmakers.
