I am facing a problem for which I am unable to find a solution the last week. Your help will be greatly appreciated!!!
PROBLEM:
I have a footage from sony xdr - xr 500 ve. I record at full resolution (AVC HD 16M FH). The format I import at cs4 is m2ts. The problem is that nomatter the settings I will choose to export my work, the result is not smooth (jerky). This is more apparent when I am trying to make a panoramic video. .
Please note that I am not so advanced in order to make detailed changes on premiere's export settings. Could you please let me know how to export my work in order to have a nice quality smooth video.
