Hey guys,
I recently installed Premiere Pro CS4 and have been getting some weird results. Sometimes when I start a project, it plays back fine and theres no issue. Other times I'll start a project and the video is very jerky (moves forward two seconds, backwards one, forwards two, backwards one, etc) Creating a very bizarre looking video that is extremely difficult to work with. The video itself is fine and can be played in media players as well as other NLE's. Just recently I was working on a project and it was playing back fine. After capturing more material, the jerkyness suddenly started. I can't for the life of me figure out why its doing so. I know my project settings are setup correctly because it was working fine for awhile. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. **Also, my timeline HAS been rendered.
My computer specs are:
Windows XP Pro SP3
AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
2.00 GHz, 3.25 GB of RAM
Data is stored on a 500g slave HDD with about 35g free.
I'm editing 4:3 60i SD footage (nothing too hard to handle...)
Thanks again!
Jake
