James Cameron Announces Glasses-Free 3D

Imo Cameron is looking at the royalties Dolby collected over the years, and they beat out making an Avatar type 3D movie,
every 6 months for the next 50 years :0

At Expo 2010 in Shanghai, the interest in the Siemans glasses free TV protoype set, was incredible. The waiting time averaged 2hours
and the line went around the block.

We got there very early and saw it. They had their own customed produced 3D shows, on a loop for the queue. It looked Ok except when you go to far off centre.

There's a 3D TV channel here now, and a Sony rep was quoted as saying, 'eventually all TV sets will be glasses free 3D to rationalise TV set production'

In the coming years, the opportunities for producing 3D adv shows for GF 3D screens at bus, train and airport waiting lounges and museums etc,
will be tremendous.

Cheers.
