HI
Im in the final phases of editing down a 16 minute corporate P2, 720 30pn project I edited in Premiere Pro CS4. I exported the project to 720 30p setting then re-imported it into a machine running CS3 for Blue Ray Mpeg Encoding.
I spit the thing out on BluRay and it looks really bad IHMO. The video has to do with Wind Turbine blades. There are lots and lots of straight lines in both Photo's and Video throughout the project. The BluRay has definite issues playing this back smoothly. There are "Jaggies" all throughout the final encode, everytime an object has a Line that is not perfectly Vertical or Horizontal.
I re-checked the Exported MXF 720 30p file, it is beautiful.
I noticed when I exported this project to BluRay Mpeg, that premiere/encore only offers 720 60p as an option. I have a feeling this has something to do with it.
This is totally unacceptable to me. This is for my client, for an upcoming trade show. Allot of important, major manufacturer Eyes will be on it. Not to mention, it was not a cheap production. Can anyone help here? I have never run into this before, What am I doing wrong?

P.S. I had thought about trying the QT BluRay export setting, but did not use it. I have never been enthused with QT BR discs. The video always gets washed out and bringing in a little extra Saturation is like shooting with 4 bullets in a six shooter pistol,... You never know how it will come out until it comes out. (I have to keep dinner on the table, I don't have time to hunt it down and kill it too.) However, I am open to suggestions here.
