Jagged Text

In AE, when I create a text file and render it over to FCP, in the viewer window it looks fine..But when I place it in the timeline, (in the canvas window) the text looks all jagged and blurred.

What settings should I use in AE so I can get away from this?

In final cut, I'm editing in a 4:3, NTSC DV timeline (DVX footage) at 23.976 fps.

In AE, my timeline is 720x480, 23.976.

you are saying it's jagged in FCP? Is the canvas at 100%? How does it look when you export out of FCP?
