All the advice on here is stuff I already know, but damn its good to hear people say it, I been going a bit too hard myself lately (nothing like Anhar though), and hearing the words is like music to my ears.

Anyway the words that stuck in my head the most where go and get laid, man that really is a cure all. During it you have one thing in your mind and after it you have nothing.
