I've got a problem. 1080/24PA interlacing?

I shot footage as 1080/24PA and I noticed that every 5th frame is interlaced. I shot it on a P2 card, imported via P2CMS and then Log and Transfered into FCP. Anyone know why this is happening and how I can resolve it?

Did you make sure to select DvcProHD 1080 24pA for your import in FCP log and transfer? That is the only thing I can think of. I don't use P2CMS. Maybe just use the P2 files directly into FCP. What are all of your settings?

Also double check that you shot in 1080 24pA
