Traditional form factor, 1/2 inch sensor, light weight, big zoom range, XLR inputs, manual lens, built-in ND filter, focus assist, lots of recording formats, low power consumption, and the ability to record HD 4:2:2 at 50 Mbps make it a fairly no-brainer.


The PMW-200's are going for $6,300 right now at B&H, so even with some sort of big buy discount, that's a lot of bread.
