It seems I know a serial killer...

That's a relief, so he looked like he would end up killing people right?

I never thought I'd see him in headlines or anything, but I'm really not all that surprised.

Wow. Glad they caught that guy. I had dealings with a killer when I was about 18 or so but that's another story.

Was trying not to hi-jack your thread but here goes.

Back in '81 or so we moved to North Tennessee in the Johnsonville area. My dad bought some land to basically build a house on with no real access. We became friendly with a guy in the neighborhood who through his county job (turned out he had not worked there in over a year) was able to buy dynamite which we used to blast an access road to the property. I had an interest at the time in bees and had a hive, this guy also had a bunch of hives so... we made plans where I was going to go help him harvest his hives one day. The day we were supposed to go was a real bright sunshiny day. He drives by and says hey it looks like it might rain so we're not going to go today. No big deal except... The guys sister-in-law did not show for work and eventually the police checked their house. Turns out he killed one brother and sister-in-law and was apparently planning on killing the other brother. This was over a land deal between the three brothers. The cops questioned my dad because the found unused dynamite on the guys property linked to my dad. Dad had let him keep what we did not use. Had forgotten the guys name and such so had to do some google work. Here is one of his petitions. I thought he had died of a heartattack but apparently still alive in a Special Needs Unit. Eligible for parole 11/01/2032. How did I get lucky. Luck he didn't need someone to dig his graves. They found the bodies near the bee hives. He possibly had them in the vehicle when he stopped by.

Now back to serial killers...

Until you know he will definitely be locked up, I wouldn't call him a dick in a public forum. Call him "severely troubled."

How about "misunderstood?":Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)

I like D.W.E. that would be d... with ears.

Speaking of serial killers (is there something more fun to write about?) I remember when Richard Rodriguez (the Night Stalker) was running around SoCal. Whew what a mess.

Cryo, if you don't write that story, I'll steal it from you. (Or at least ask to co-write it with you :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG) )

So he was a jerkin school? Serial killers are usually the "silent and keep to themselves" type. Guess this guy broke the stereotype. But glad he's where he belongs.

I was just having that conversation today. He totally bucked convention by being an obvious threat from the start.
