Issues with importing Premiere Sequence into AE

I used to have no problems importing Standard Definition Premiere projects into After Effects, but now that I am working with 720p and 1080p footage I am starting to see some issues.

Whenever I bring a 720p sequence into AE all my clips remain the same length but lose there in and out points. So when I view the separate layer clips, they have going back to the beginning of the clip, which is usually the slate holder. Anyone else had this problem?

I am currently using CS2 for Premiere Pro and After Effects Professional.

Could be a codec support issue. Could also be a version issue. Could be both.

What kind of footage is this?

Well, it was the native Quicktime format from my T2i. I believe it uses the h.264 codec. I didn't have any issues editing Premiere, just losing my in and out points in AE.

I believe I found the fix on Adobe's forum. In my original lowrez offline, I had Scale to Frame Size checked on all the footage because I had it at 640 x 480. When I replaced the footage with the 720p footage I probably had it still checked. There is a known bug in Premiere that if you have the footage scaled to frame size that it will create comps and move the in and out points in AE when importing the project. Here's hoping unchecking this feature for all of the footage will work.
