O ondawan Active member Oct 31, 2005 #1 I saw in the installation folder of fcp 5 that there is a special pluging for DVX100e users which fixes a synchronisation bug. Could somebody clearly say if there is an issue between DVX100e (not A) and FCP HD or 5?

S Scottdvx100 Veteran Oct 31, 2005 #2 With the original DVX there was a 2 frame sync issue in hte camera. For details: http://www.adamwilt.com/24p/index.html#AVsync Install the plugin/script. Select clips in the bin and got to Tools -> Offset sync menu and select 2 frames.

O ondawan Active member Nov 15, 2005 #3 thanx, that was clear and concise but are you reffering to 24p or any frame rate?
S Scottdvx100 Veteran Nov 15, 2005 #4 24p and 24pa only although there might be an issue with 30. Refer to the web page that was posted. No sync issues with 60i

redcap Well-known member Nov 15, 2005 #5 That problem only exsists on DVX100 cameras. DVX100A and all later revisions do not exhibit the 15 mintute sync bug. That fix is pointless if you are using a DVX100A or 100B.
