Issues about CCDs and DOF

Hi folks.
I made a quite deep research in the forum for an old thread regarding the comparison between the CCDs' size and the 35mm frame size in order to explain how the angle of view of the two system is different. And then the relationship between these factors and the DOF. It was a very interesting issue.
Thanks to everybody will help me out to find it.
