Issue with Raylight Ultra 1.1 and Vegas 9.0c

I just loaded Vegas 9.0c and now MXF files will not play properly under "Best" setting for preview monitor (poor quality video) and masks will not locate in the same place as where they are created.

Has anyone else run into this? I've tried the usual load/reload and such.
