Issue with Denoiser in Premiere Pro CC

With my Zoom hooked up to an audio board while video recording live music concert, I hear that theirs a slight humming sound in the songs that are sang softly. I'm able to take it off with good results using denoiser for Premiere Pro CC but theirs 1 major problem. When I export the video, the first few seconds has the humming sound while the rest of the video has the fixed audio. I find that a little distracting.

Edit
One work around would be to render a larger portion of the audio file than what's needed to edit. Still, I wish the effect applies to the whole clip without needing to do anything else.

This is a long standing issue with that effect. The best solution is to simply not use it, instead doing your audio work in Audition.

2nd that! Or any (better) audio editer...having said that, removing unwanted noise, especially if not consistent, is really difficult. Think I looked at at least half a dozen plugins and software packages once (from protools to sony to etc etc to try and remove wind-noise)...it's a bit of a dark art...

Thanks for the comments. Everything worked out for the projects I had to do since I had enough time before each song anyway. Each song was it's own video. If a song was say 3 minutes in length, on the time line their would be at least a few second before it so it would end up being 3 minutes and 3 seconds. All I had to do was export the last 3 minutes and the first 3 second got thrown away. The results I got using that effect was pretty good because the slight humming noise was about the same throughout the hours of videos. I had to give a lot of the artists videos of their segments.

Unfortunately the problem have went back to hunt me. I've decided that I should do a highlight video with around 5 to 10 seconds per song. The video will have multiple back to back clips. i just downloaded a free trial of Audition and I'm getting decent noise reduction results as well and ironically I'm hearing that the first 2 seconds also has a slight hissing sound but it doesn't sound as bad as the first 2 seconds as doing it in Premiere and yes I did you a different kind of effect in Audition. It's not as distracting as how it is in Premiere Pro so at least that's good. OK, another effect might fix that, that I'm seeing. I'll play around with it some more after I finish editing the piece together since I have many hours of videos to go through. It was a ton of back to back songs for a competition.

A lot of times, Premiere Pro can be good for almost any project I want to do. Too bad you might still need to use other programs sometimes. It's true that if Premiere Pro was good at everything, Adobe would have a hard time selling their other programs.

When I started doing this video at the bottom years ago, I was working in After Effects but then I completely gave up right away because their was so many layers on my timeline and slowing down my computer and at the same time it was very distracting going from Premiere Pro to After Effects all the time while editing this and then having to spend time rendering. I also heard about people saying how good the Ultra Key is in Premiere Pro.I decided to just use the Ultra key feature of Premiere for this project. This was the very first time I ever used Green effects for a project. I've never done any other major green screen project and I probably should. I would have had a headache if I had used After Effects for this unless my computer was way more powerful but it still would have taken a little bit more time.
