Issue with a Juicedlink Riggy

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone with a more experienced ears can assist me with my problem.

I purchased a Juicedlink Riggy RM222 about 3 months ago and I've shot a couple of things with it, no issues at all. However, recently I've run into this problem that occurs when I"m adjusting the audio during recording, the audio levels are lowering but it's creating a static sounding noise that interrupts the recording. Also, I'm adjusting the audio with the knobs on the Juicedlink, not the camera during recording.

My setup is:

5D Mark III
Juiedlink Riggy RM 222
Seinheisser Wireless Transmitter/Receiver G3
Tram TR-50 Lav

Here is an example of what I"m talking about. I just picked up a random instructional manual I had laying around and started reading it so I"m just talking gibberish but hopefully gives you an idea of what I"m talking about. I'm doing extreme adjustments with the knob in the example but even a minor twist of it, creates that static noise.

I apologize if this some stupid mistake on my part but I just don't remember this being an issue when I first started using it.

Thank you!
