Isolating files that are in a timeline

I have a project that may have 100 different clips of audio and video in different folders. I have only used some for the final. I need to take the audio files that are being used in a time line and export them to a CD so I can have some audio work done from a friend. The audio files are part of the video file from my 5dII.
How would I go about this.

It's much, much better to export the audio out as an OMF through the File>Export menu. OMF is an industry standard file that contains all the audio that were used in the project, including metadata about where on the timeline they were used and whether they're turned on or off. If you're friend is working on a DAW like ProTool then that would be the easiest way.
