Is this the right configuration?

i'm loading the video on youtube right now. it's been going slow today :/

but what i do is, after i attach the letus and zoom in to fill the screen, i write down what ZOOM i'm at, so if it gets nudged, before i start shooting, i just check it and adjust need be.

for the focus, i zoom in all the way, and use my focus assist zoom just for help. then i point it at a light source like a lamp or something, then move it away to the side just slightly, at that point you should be able to manually focus in and out until you see all the grain everywhere. focus on the grain.

MAKE SURE YOUR ADAPTOR IS TURNED OFF AND YOU DO NOT HAVE A LENS ON AT THIS POINT OR YOU WONT SEE THE GRAIN VERY WELL.

ok, just watched the video, it looks good! i think you got it right.

i'm sure you were going in and out of focus using the lens focus and not your camera focus. it looks like you used the lens focus so you did right.

basically after you set everything with the letus up, you need to lock down your zoom and focus with your camera. the rest you will adjust with your lens that you attach

looks like you did it right!

unless someone else see's that i said anything wrong, please correct me
