Is this the end of this forum?

I don't think it's the end. I think the adapters still output better results than DLSR's and maybe even the AF100. They just have that look, I don't know how to describe it. I find myself to be less focused on working quickly and more focused on getting the picture exactly how I want it when I'm filming.

Instead of sitting and reading about how my adapter and the industry is dead, I take it out for a spin just to realize how god damn amazing it really is:grin:

Well maybe we should discuss it. What exactly is the bottom line visual difference between AR (Adaptor Rig) vs DSLR (Digital Single Reflex Camera) vs LSVC (Large sensor video camera such as the AF100)?

My feeling is that the LSVC has a larger DOF than the AR while the DSLR has a more narrow depth of field than the AR.

lol, this post is a joke. DSLR sucks with its shocking moire and aliasing, its laughable rolling shutter, and overall terrible handeling..DSLR is Dying very quickly and 35mm adapter sales are on the rise again, now that people have realised the DSLR does NOT live up to the hype !
ans the af 100, is not even out yet, and will no doubt have its own issues, look at the Sont NEX-VG10, its awfull ! nope, 35mm adapters will be around for a long time to come.
