Is this real?

I know I already made a scam page, but I figure I should ask since this is the Off-Topic section.

Im super-skeptical with it, though its not the typical "Email Me for a Quote" kinda scam. Give me your opinion on it.

0 feedback, from a foreign country (holland, india, and china all mentioned), described as a professional SLR made by canon despite being a panasonic video camera, shipping availible in India only despite being allegedly availible worldwide, and sold from China by someone from Holland through a chinese domain name but purchasable only in Indian currency for a price that's 1/5th what dealers pay?

....looks legit to me.
