Is this H&Y Variable ND Filter Any Good?

I currently use the SLR Magic Variable ND and I really like it.
No color shift, its sharp, has hard stops, and just overall very satisfied.
BUT, it only goes from 1-6-stops.

I need something a little stronger, up to around 10 stops.
I am often finding myself unable to shoot wider than f/4.0 or f/5.6

Then I found this
H&Y Filters 82mm K-Series Variable Neutral Density & CPL Filter

Ive never seen it before and I've been constantly looking out for a stronger ND Filter.
Wondering if anyone has anything to say about this

Havent seen any other VND that suits my needs.

Aurora Aperture is due to release an updated VND called the PowerXND Mark II, which cuts 5-11 stops. There weren't many reviews on the original, and there obviously aren't reviews on the unreleased update, so I'm not sure how good it is.

I heard about this a while back and thought about it again, but i dont want an ND that starts at 5 stops. Thats a bad point to start for me. If it was 3/4 stops instead of 5 stops for its min, then I might have been okay with it. But i just dont want to be swapping NDs. Rather have one. But i did hear good things about it.

I might buy this, test it out and compare it to the one I got and if anything return it. But Id be loosing money on shipping :/

Aurora Aperture's upcoming PowerXND-II 128 is supposed to cut 1-7 stop; I'm not sure if that's enough if you're shooting S-Log.

Thats just one stop more than what I currently have. Not much of a difference..
Would rather get an extra two or three stops. Even if it means taking away the lower end
