Is this Flash player?

[chromeboy007]

Hey this is an awesome looking media player. Click on one of the videos. I love how the screen just goes black and the viewer is left with nothing but the video. When I right click it it says Adobe Flash Player 10 but it doesn't look anything like the Flash player that I know!

Yes, it is Flash player.

[Voytech]

Actually no. The player itself is flash. The darkening of the screen is done in javascript. Google lightbox.

Actually, yes, because he was asking about the player...though the info about the darkening of the screen was good, that's not the player.

You sure that's what google lightbox does?

Also, is there a standard java script that a non-programmer can kind of copy and paste to get that blackening out result?

They're using Videobox. It's Lightbox for videos.

Yes, it's fairly easy for a non programmer to get it up and running.
