Hey guys, just wanted to get some quick opinions. I'm in the market for a new comp, and I want a mac pro dual quad core. I found one on craigslist. According to the seller, the specs are the following:
4 GB Ram
2 x 2.8 GHz Quad Core Processors
about 500 GB Ram
etc. etc.
The deal also includes a 20" Apple Cinema Display, wireless mouse and keyboard, etc. He wants $1800 for everything.
According to him, the mac is about a week old. He is an IT professional who says he bought it for his ex-girlfriend right before she dumped him.
Is this deal too good to be true or am I being too cautious?
