Is this AutoTunable?

The singer at a wedding was a bit off key. Is it relatively easy to autotune this or is the instrumentation on the same track going to make it too challenging? I have audacity and audition but have never done any auto-tuning so don't know where to begin.

Thanks!

Usually you use auto tune on single, isolated tracks.
Melodyne has an application that can go in and change individual notes in polytonal recordings. But it probably costs a bit.

Melodyne is a few hundred not hugely expensive in the audio universe. But it's going to be very challenging to try and tune a voice that is singing to music and not isolated. It may not even be possible, it certainly wouldn't have been a few years ago. If possible it will take a lot of work since you are going to have to track that voice and try and change it with out changing everything around it.
