I have a client with an SD animated graphic/design logo. It animates in, but it's all in SD. Is there a way to upconvert graphic/design animations from SD to HD? In general, are there any tools out there that do this? Possibly by doubling up pixels, and mapping it out. Would be a great tool to have.
