is there anyway to use a 24pn clip in a 30pn timeline in cs3?

I'm working on a project in cs3 that was shot entirely in 30pn with the exception of one clip that was accidentally shot in 24pn (forgot to reset it back to 30pn after shooting an intro clip) and I'm wondering if there's anyway to use this 24p clip in the 30p timeline without it looking choppy or out of place?

I've thrown it in my timeline but it plays with an almost ghost look to it..almost as if it was shot using a super slow shudder speed. Im just wondering if theres a way to import it into my project or somewhere I can change my settings to make it play smoother?
 
Not going to work very well. There just aren't enough time samples (frames) to make a good conversion. That goes either way -- 24p to 30p, or 30p to 24p.

You could try editing both in a 60p timeline.
