If it is 24p, does it still look like it after you print it to tape? Is there degredation to any footage shot in any frame?
Is there any loss of quality when you print a project to tape?

Yes, it'll still look like 24p. It'll still BE 24p, because you can reinsert pulldown with flags which can be removed later if you want.
Any render will result in a generational loss, especially at edit points. But it's a digital transfer, not an analog one, so the difference isn't typically noticeable.
Just print a small segment to tape and see.
