Is there any cheaper alternatives to RedRock Support arm?

There are quite a few manufacturers out there which offer something similar.C
Cheaper? Hmmm, not really.
Better? Well it looks like the one you're after is only half of the actual arm, haha.

Tilta: Heavy duty stuff. Looks awesome but quite heavy and rather bulky. Also expensive at ~$316 USD + Shipping:

Lanparte: Very well made. Has an opening latch to make it easier to access your rig. Has built in 1/4" and 3/8" threads for accessories. Cheap at only $169 USD + shipping. I think the best deal.

Wondlan: Very similar to the Lanparte. Only comes as a bundle with the Top Handle. Very well made: Contact me if you're interested in this one!

These are the main three which I've had experience with and which are a good bang for your buck alternative. There are likely some more out there but I don't want to comment without having actually used them!
My personal preference is for the Lanparte although the Tilta is excellent if you have a big camera.

Cool! I am usually Shooting on Gh2's or canon Dslrs so that is what this rig is for. So I wanted something kinda small and I wanted some rails on the side. But I think I am going to go with the Lanparte and then mount using the holes on the top.

Thanks!

Cinecity makes some much cheaper ones. The aluminum is good quality, but the connections to the rods aren't nearly as sturdy as those arms. That being said, I have yet to have a problem with it.
