Is there an index or scale that combines aperture x shutter x ISO, like EV but more?

Does anyone know if there is such a scale, which is a function of aperture, shutter AND sensitivity as well?

I know of the concept of the Exposure Index or Exposure Values for various film stocks or sensitivities (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exposure_value) but am not aware that there is such a thing for all three variables.

Just curious ...
