Is there an easy way to make head and end sync marks?

Is there an automatic button or something in fcp so that I can have the same countdown on my project as when I edit to tape. I'm going to be exporting my audio omf for a professional mix and I need sync marks for all my tracks. Probably just end sync marks but possibly front ones as well.

Nope...no STAPLES Easy Button for this.

I typically put one frame of the bars & tone at the 2 second mark before picture start, and one two seconds after picture end.
