is there a way to use raylight .avi files on a 64 bit system?

I have a bunch of older .avi files that were created using DV Film's Raylight that I need to use.
I know they don't work on 64bit systems, but I'm hoping there is a work-around by now.
Anyone know of a way to use the older .avi's on a Windows 7 64 bit system with CS6 masters collection?

Thanks!

I dug up an old laptop running XP Pro 32 bit. I installed the legacy raylight software and free video converter software.

Raylight release301-13 (they still had me on file and sent a copy of the software to be installed with one quick email)
Prism Video File Converter Plus (free version)

It took a boat load of time..but hey..it worked. All files converted to .mp4's which play fine in CS6 64 bit.

Thanks.
