is there a way to put tracks on separate video and audio lines without manually dragging and dropping them? like if i have 50 clips and i want them all to come in on video 1-50 and audio 1-50?

they can be stack on top of eachother or like steps up and to the right or however i can get it done

any help is appreciated thanks

im in cs5 by the way
 
nope, i simply want to be able to have each on separate audio and video lines, like if i have 20 clips of the same performance at different angles for example, instead of dragging them into the sequence and them being one after another on audio 1 and video one is there a way to drag them in to where they automatically go to audio 1-20 and video 1-20, it doesnt matter if they line up or not, thats just an example of what im trying to do
