Is there a way to print an NTSC MiniDV with a PAL camcorder?

Hi,
I live in PAL land, and want to submit a tape to a video festival. Unfortunately they only accept NTSC MiniDV tapes. Is there a way to print an NTSC tape using a PAL camcorder, or am I stuck into paying someone else to do the appropiate conversion?

No, I don't think any PAL camcorders accept recording in NTSC. There are some PAL camcorders that can play back both formats, but if there's one that can record it I don't know of it...

You'd probably have to find someone with an NTSC unit (or a switchable cam like a Z1U).
