Is there a way to fill in/smoothen a scratch on the rail of my glidetrack/indislider?

I just got my carriage and rail from Igus and plan to put it together myself, but when I took it out of the box it had a scratch on the inside of the rail that affects how smoothly the carriage slides on that section.

I have a shoot coming up and if they can't/won't replace it in time I was wondering if I could do anything to make it smooth again. Anyone know of any possible solutions?
