Is there a way to apply feathering when bezier masking to several keyframes?

You can do it manually. Not sure that you can do it to all of them at once, though.
If it's only "several," it should only take a minute to apply it to each.

I think you're right if I copy and paste the entire mask will change. I am masking a city scape shot with a palmcorder, so it's very shakey and -several- in this case means -many-. But, since it's Egypt this is the only shot I have where I can emphasize the sunset which the palmcorder did not.
