Is there a plugin that watermarks clips with File name and In-out points?

I'm always doing a lot of offline edits for other companies to assemble footage on their end with online files. We use different editing software we usually just hand them a single QT file with all the edits. This doesn't work out so well because we usually have to tell them what files we used, and this slows down my progress on obtaining footage.

It would be real helpful for our online editors if there was a plugin for Premiere Pro that watermarked a clip with [FILE NAME] [IN POINT] and [OUT POINT] + [CURRENT TC OF CLIP].
