Is There A Plugin That Can Help Me?

I did a very basic dumb thing while doing a shoot. I let a little sun get into my lens and ended up with artifacts. example Is there a plug-in or something that can help me in AE? It was a stupid move on my part, but I have no way to re-shoot this. I'm desperate.
 
As far as I know, there's no plug-in that will solve your problem. There's one thing I ALWAYS have to remind myself while shooting, before the shoot, and during those times when I want nothing more than to just finish the damn shoot already, and that's

"Garbage in, Garbage out".

If I were you and the project permits it, I would try and make those shots VERY graphics/effects heavy to hide the shots imperfections as much as possible.
 
Yeah, yeah, I know. This was one of the few times I shot under conditions that I normally have more control over. A tough lesson. What would you suggest when you mentioned graphics/effects for the imperfections? I've already adjusted the levels as much as I can to control most of the problems (the footage you saw was raw), however I'm really stumped as to what I should do with the major spots going across. Any suggestions would be welcome.
 
That clip is so low quality/resolution so I cant make out a lot of it, are you talking about the dust spots?
If it is just that one scene, you are kind of lucky. Export a bunch of frames into phoshop,cut and paste to repair the people, and then just pan your new picture becuase nothing is moving in that clip
 
I guess Kevinottawa is right!, make a still from the video, cleanup in photoshop with clone brush, and pan the movement in after.
 
Yeah, I guess you're right. I'll have to go into it in PS and do all 90 frames piece by piece. Hmmmm, maybe there's a tool in PS that I can use. I forgot that it can bring in a short clip like this. Thanks for the tip, I'll try it and see what happens.
