Is Panasonic PQ a wet tape?

I just heard from somebody at my local gear shop that they are phasing out Panisonic PQ tapes because, as opposed to the AMQs, they are a wet lube tape and cause more potential problems for the camera. I've always been under the impression that ALL Panisonic tapes are dry lube, and this place (Cinequipt in Minneapolis) has always been a reliable source of equipment and info for me.

Anyone know if there's any truth to this claim, or is the guy I talked to perhaps getting the sony wet lube tapes and the phasing out of the panisonic MQs all all mixed up?
 
I've always heard and assumed the same, that all Panny's were dry. Hope I've not been propogating misinfo.
