Is my camera crapping out on me?

Went out for some quick test shots and noticed that when my shutter speed was @ 250 the colors began to change going from warm to cold continuously. Check the link out below to see what I mean. Forward to the middle of this clip and you'll see what I mean.

Maybe it's just the light from above or something or is it the camera?

If not the ATW... Try throwing more light on it for the higher shutter speed. (I'd guess you wouldn't want to open the iris more). If the CCD is seeing less light, it might be favoring the light it likes: the blue end of the spectrum.

Or maybe not.

hmm, ok sounds like thats the issue. So, being that this is my first time experiencing this, is it possible to disable the ATW so that I can prevent this from happening during shooting? Or, should I just add more light to the scene?

I did white balance right before i shot that but it was a low light environment and the "low light" message flashed.

Are there cheap fluorescents or other ballast-driven lights lighting that place? You can't use high shutter speeds with those kind of lights, they'll cause a pulsing in your footage.

Bingo! That has to be it because that's exactly what's over head. I'll do some more tests tonight.
