Is it possible to give voices that 'telephone voice'?

Is there a plugin or something for Vegas that lets you edit voices to sound like it's coming through the reciever of a telephone?

try the "late night teenage by the radio" preset in the resonant filter.

Telephones have a 4kHz bandwidth. Just take the Sony Filter, roll off the bottom (to about 200 Hz), and take the top-end (Filter #4), and roll the high-end waaaaaay back so that there's just a sharp notch left. You'll readily hear when it starts sounding like a phone.
