is it a good think to do? (Render)

Is it a good think to get rid of all the render when youre done with project and do a final render?

(I realized that sometimes after render some clips doesnt play correctly, it doesnt play the right part of the clip on the timeline, anyone else had that probleme?)

You mean like to play out for tape- yes render everything.
