Is anyone using the Cool Lux SL3000?

I'm thinking of getting the Cool Lux SL3000 light for wedding videos its supposed to have nice diffusion.  Can anyone confirm this?  

Also, my setup will obviously need a power source.  What I'd really like to do is run both the light and dvx100a from a battery belt so that I dont have to mess around with battery changes and power cords.  Can someone recommend a good setup for me to do this?
