I noticed that the Premiere CS3 presets are set at 60Hz for 24p footage.
In Edius Broadcast the presets are set at 24Hz for 24p presets. Why the difference in Premiere? Is 60Hz an improper setting for a 24p timeline?
I remember Barry green saying that the HVX200 shoots 24p footage at 48Hz I believe ( or either 24 or 48Hz) so that the timing was in sync with the framerate. From that, I gathered that the clock speed should correspond with the framerate.
Is this a potential problem in Premiere?
