Hello,

Can you use these gadets in your film without be sued? I mean I know you cannot have logs visible but can the gadets themselves be used legally?

Well how much can you cheat it out of the shot? Could it be in the character's pocket?

Otherwise, I don't really see why anyone would come after you. I mean hypothetically, i would see apple being cool with it, seeing as they are all for the indie filmmaker, unless you are using a pirated copy of FCP. lol.

yes i would steer clear of showing the apple logo thats on the back. ever notice when you see macs on any tv show they always have the apple taped off but the gadgets are being used

Yeah I always find it pretty amusing when they do that Matt. And it's crazy because it seems that it's the only laptop that gets used out there in tv land. The best is in newsprint articles where they just photoshop out the apple logo. I also notice that when ever they show browsers it's usually a mac/safari interface. Weird, maybe Microsoft is just ultra-pissy.
