IPod shadow dance tutorial?

This might seem a bit outdated, but I've had a client request this type of video, where it's a silhouetted person dancing and I really have no idea how to go about doing this.

Does anybody have experience with this or know of any decent tutorial they could point me towards? THANKS!

- Key out the greenscreen footage using whatever method you like
- Pre-comp the greensceen footage (move all attributes)
- Drop a fill on the greenscreen pre-comped footage and change it to black, or drop a levels and change the output white down to 0 *
- Below that add your background footage

* I'm going off the word shadow as black. If you mean the ipod commercials where the person is white over a colored background just change the fill color to white or raise the output black all the way up.
